DailyDriveStudioCo ("we", "us", "our") operates Foreman, an AI assistant for business owners. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Foreman for account updates, task reminders, and conversational replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from your Foreman number. You will receive a confirmation reply, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or email us at dailydrivestudioco@gmail.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate Foreman: SMS carriers (e.g., Twilio), cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Supabase), and AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained to preserve Foreman's context, and can be deleted on request. We may retain limited records for legal and financial compliance after account closure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing dailydrivestudioco@gmail.com. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights under applicable law.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
Foreman is for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Continued use of Foreman after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
