These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Foreman, an AI business assistant service operated by DailyDriveStudioCo ("we", "us"). By creating an account, sending an SMS to a Foreman number, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Foreman is a conversational AI assistant that business owners interact with via SMS. Foreman can answer questions about your business, take notes, schedule items, and respond in plain language. Foreman is a software tool and is not a substitute for human judgment, legal advice, accounting advice, or medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business you represent to these Terms.
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Foreman. These include account notifications, task reminders, and conversational replies to messages you send.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account and phone secure. You agree not to share your Foreman number with unauthorized third parties.

Foreman uses large language models to generate responses. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing Foreman's output before acting on it. We make no warranty that Foreman's responses are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not prorated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time by replying STOP to SMS and closing your account.
FOREMAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYDRIVESTUDIOCO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
